Optevo AI and Machine Learning Capabilities

Optevo utilizes AI and machine learning (ML) technologies to enhance workflows, automate processes, and provide valuable insights to users. By leveraging AI, Optevo continuously enhances productivity, providing smarter task management, workflow automation, and predictive insights—without compromising user privacy or control over data.

To continuously improve Optevo’s AI capabilities, we may use aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable metadata from user interactions, including:

AI Transparency and User Control

Optevo is committed to AI transparency. Users can access insights on how AI recommendations are generated, adjust preferences, or opt out of specific AI features. We believe AI should enhance productivity, not replace human decision-making.

User AI Training Responsibilities

Users acknowledge that:

  • They own and control their proprietary data and any AI models they train within Optevo.
  • They must comply with applicable laws and ethical AI guidelines.
  • They cannot use AI models within Optevo for harmful, deceptive, discriminatory, or illegal purposes.

  • Anonymization: Wherever possible, data is anonymized or aggregated to protect individual privacy.
Automated Decision-Making

AI functionalities may involve automated decisions (e.g., task prioritization). Users can request human intervention if they wish to review or dispute an AI-driven outcome.
